With love, support and laughter, the New England Dream Center inspires dignity and capability in the mentally challenged adults, elderly, and foster children of Massachusetts we serve in our comprehensive social service programs. We balance passion and commitment with a well-managed approach, which makes our programs effective.
The attention and love that our staff provides defines our social service programs. At the same time that we are all laughing and having fun, our staff is closely supervising each participant to best meet their needs.
Our Adult Day Health program has staff nurses who monitor the health of our neurologically challenged participants, from a common cold to a change in behavior. The volunteers at our Social Day Care program are trained to deal with the dementia, Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders that our elderly participants suffer from. And each foster parent in our Foster Care program goes through intensive, ongoing training to meet the special needs foster kids have.
Our Dream Center Shuttles play an integral part in our social service programs, bringing participants to and from their homes every day, as well as to and from field trips.
We run each of our social service programs like a business, making every dollar count in service delivery. Balancing this businesslike model with the interplay of behind-the-scenes care and tangible love renders our programs effective.

- The Dream Center’s main facility and its day-to-day expenses are generously provided by Liberty Churches.
- An army of passionate volunteers from many regions of the U.S. serves without monetary compensation.
- As integrated elements of the Dream Center’s wrap-around services, Social Service programs provide caregivers respite:
- A single mother can attend a Workforce Training program while Social Day Care takes care of her dependent mother.
- Caretakers of a neurologically challenged adult worry less knowing their loved one is cared for in Adult Day Health.
- Dream Center Shuttles bring people who couldn’t have come.
