R.E.A.C.H. offers a comprehensive array of integrated services. The program treats unemployment as a symptom of many other factors causing social dependence, such as difficulties at home, inadequate education or training, and setbacks in life. We provide the right combination of tools for each person to reverse dependence at its source, not just attend to the symptom. We do so with passion and commitment through services such as:

R.E.A.C.H. helps truly change lives by motivating people to help themselves in coordination with our Master Tradesman Program, New Dream Salon and Dress for Success. There is also an auto-repair school in the planning stage. Transportation to and from the Center is provided free of charge for any participant who needs it. We encourage participants to find and stay on the path of their choosing – a goal any of us can identify with. Our trained, amazingly dedicated volunteers work with each participant to understand all their needs and to create an environment suited specifically to them. R.E.A.C.H. is effective because of this unique combination of intense personalization and emotional support.
