Each summer a number of high-school graduates and first-year college students participate in our Internship Program. With in-depth leadership development and hands-on training, these students learn about all aspects of urban outreach and programming that impact a city. They are motivated to choose a career path represented by the services and operations of the New England Dream Center.

Whatever dream a student may have within this field, we have the ability to make it a reality through intense one-on-one involvement and immersion. Participants are taught all aspects of urban outreach, from non-profit management and leadership to budgeting and organization.

The students’ lives are encompassed by the program for the duration of the summer in order to teach them the full scope of social impact. Upon completion, each student receives $5,000 towards the higher education of their choice.
